Joseph Guzzi
President and Chair of the Board – Founding Director
Joe is a professional land use planner and is an Associate and Project Manager with Dillon Consulting which is located in the Parkway Centre Business Park. He specializes in land use planning, development and community planning. He has worked on development projects in the City of Toronto and in the Greater Toronto Region. In working on large scale development projects he has been directly involved with many stakeholders including professionals at City Hall and the public community.
His interest and experience in community planning and economic development positions Joe well in the Parkway Centre Business Association where he plans to work with the many businesses to promote its interests during this period of change and development intensification which is anticipated in the coming years within this business park. His background in urban planning will help the association navigate through this change and build partnerships with the City of Toronto. Joe is a past member of various other resident and community organizations in Toronto and brings past experience to the Parkway Centre Business Association.

Divya Nayak
Vice Chair and Communications Director – Founding Director
Divya Nayak, is the Chief Operating Officer, Co – Founder for Capstone Networks Inc. a boutique consulting firm headquartered in Toronto. Divya runs Capstone’s operations on several client projects including training, stakeholder relations, and business development. As President of the local Resident Association, Committee member and Co- Chair of the North York General Hospital Rally in the Ravine, Divya has raised funds for the Hospital that has helped in purchasing much needed equipment for the Geriatric and the pediatric divisions of the Hospital. As the Vice Chair and Communications Director, Divya brings a wealth of experience to the board. Divya is committed to the business growth by creating opportunities for networking and fostering government and community relations. Divya is also a member and past chair of various business associations and community associations and remains involved in the community as a strong community builder.

Cynthia Chu

Cynthia Chu is the Chief Administrative Officer at Hanson College.
Established in 2001, Hanson College is a private educational institution based in Toronto, Canada, with a clear mission to impact lives through education. In 2005 Hanson College and Cambrian College created the first Public-Private Partnership in Canada, which added Cambrian programs to our OSSD and language training courses, expanding our ability to teach and support more international students. My family moved to a neighborhood to the north of the PCBA park area just after I was born, I have lived and worked in the community for over 35 years. I have seen many changes and improvements to the area, with a bright future ahead and more development to come. I look forward to engaging with business owners, employees and the residents of our community to build relationships and realize opportunity. With a young family of my own, my role as a financial planner and registered retirement consultant is to build wealth, plan for the future and enable clients to achieve their goals. My vision for our community is the same, a safe and prosperous place to live, enjoy, work and grow.

Thomas Mcginty
Advisor – City of Toronto
Thomas McGinty is an Certified Economic Development Professional (Ec.D) and Economic Development Officer for the City of Toronto. Thomas has also worked for the City of Brampton and played a significant role in the revitalization of downtown Brampton and the Queen Street Corridor. With over 25 years of experience in municipal government, Thomas has worked on significant economic development projects that have supported new business investment and employment in both 905 and 416 regions. Thomas provided economic development leadership for the ConsumerNext Study that was initiated by the City of Toronto to manage intensification and promote economic growth opportunities in the Consumers Road Business Park. Currently, Thomas is working with businesses and stakeholders in Parkway Centre to help fulfill the vision of ConsumersNext and promote Parkway Centre as a premier location in the GTA for business and investment.

Tyson Ma
Tyson Ma is a Economic Development Officer based out of the North York district for the City of Toronto. Tyson brings 10 years of public sector experience, having worked in several municipalities including York Region, Durham Region, the City of Markham, and the City of Brampton. Before joining the City of Toronto, Tyson was working with the Economic Development Office at the City of Brampton as a Business Information and Policy Analyst. He has taken on several new roles and responsibility throughout the years. Tyson started off in the Research and Policy group and eventually transferred to the Investment Services team. On this team, he acted as a support role for the department in terms of site selections, building permit issues, development application inquiries, economic data, research requests, demographic data, and other Economic Development related RFIs (request for information). He also supported the Investment Attraction team and Business Retention and Expansion team in scaling companies at various points of growth, networking events, and other research requests.
